How to Create a Coco AI Dynamic Discount

Navigate to the Coupons section of the Coco AI dashboard.
Enter the Name (What you'll see in the Coco dashboard), Prefix (What the customer will see before their custom code).
Select the type of code you want to provide (Fixed $$ amount, Percentage %% off, Free Shipping)
Select if the discount applies to: The Entire Order, Specific Products, or Specific Collections.

If you select Specific Products, make sure to select the Products or Collection from the Drop Down. You can select more than 1 Product or Collection.

Select a Start and End date. And a limit to the number of times a discount can be used in total. You can set the end date to "Never Expires".
Select how many code you want to create when you create the codes. We will also generate new codes once you have used through the original amount as they are sent.

Add Coco AI Dynamic Discount Code to a Message

On the Template editor page, select Open the drop down right above the Body section of the editor.
Select the Coupon you'd like enter into the message.
You will see the dynamic value "shopify.dynamic_discount" appear in the Body Template editor and on the Right side Preview you will see the
Finish building your message. Then Click Save.
