How to Comply with GDPR

To comply with GDPR, we invite you to configure the following options to request your customers' consent.

1) Ask for Double Opt In.

We strongly recommend enabling the "ask opt-in consent" (Also known as Double Opt in) option so that each customer interacting with your AI is asked if they consent to receiving marketing messages.

When a customer subscribes to your list they will be asked to opt-in (reply "Yes") to sign up for your list. By default we enable this for your chatbot and Magic link.

2) Don't Force Opt In customers

Second, we advise against forcing opt-ins through automations. If needed, you can modify them here. Each of these options is independent for each automation.

The decision to activate or not activate elements to comply with GDPR is entirely your responsibility, and we fully encourage you to be GDPR compliant.
