These flows run in the background, so you can maintain engagement on auto-pilot and recover more revenue. In this guide, we’ll walk through how to create an automation flow inside Coco AI.

Getting Started with Automation Flows

1. In your Coco AI dashboard, select Flows from the left-hand menu.
2. Click Create Flow in the top-right corner.
3. Add a Configure Trigger value
4. Name the flow. Choose a name that makes it easy to track performance later and add a description.
5. Select the Metric to trigger the flow

Understanding Flow Properties

• Define the Trigger: A trigger is the customer action that starts the flow (e.g., checkout started, order placed).
• Add Trigger Filters: Define when a flow fires (e.g., only trigger Abandoned Cart if the cart value is above $50).
